We were supposed to hand-dye fabric, draw designs on it with Sharpie, sew the pieces together, and fill it with beans. I didn't want to use Sharpies, so instead I dyed smaller pieces to sew on for the eyes, beak, and stomach and then hand-stitched all of the designs onto them. It was way more than I was supposed to do, but I like how it turned out. Luckily the teacher was okay with it too :] |
